Re-screening a window screen
In this Mobile Minute, we walk you through the steps of re-screening a damaged or torn window screen. This job requires a couple of tools that are available in our showroom.
- First you must remove the old ribbing and screen.
- Measure out your new screen.
- Apply the new ribbing while working around the frame, making sure not to let the screen figure 8.
- Finish and trim.
- Trim excess screen using a utility knife.
