SMS Terms of Service

1. Program Description. When you opt in to Mobile Screen & Glass text messaging, you may receive messages related to appointment scheduling and confirmations, service reminders and updates, estimate and invoice notifications, and promotional offers for our repair, replacement, and installation services. Message frequency varies based on your service activity. You may receive up to 6 messages per month.

2. Opt-Out. You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Text "STOP" to the short code or number from which you received the message. After you send "STOP," we will send a single confirmation message to verify your unsubscription. You will not receive any additional SMS messages from us after that confirmation. If you wish to rejoin, simply opt in again as you did originally and we will resume sending messages.

3. Help. If you are experiencing issues with our messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for assistance. You can also contact us directly at (505) 294-0542 Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

4. Carrier Liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Message and Data Rates. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

6. Privacy. Your privacy is important to us. We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or any personal information collected through this SMS program with third parties for marketing purposes. 7. Consent. By opting in to our SMS program, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Mobile Screen & Glass at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
